Land evaluation & option period
We start by evaluating your land's condition and characteristics to confirm if it’s suitable for solar or storage development. Next, we assess the site’s proximity to existing three-phase power lines to ensure an affordable interconnection. When the site meets our development standards, we proceed by executing a Letter of Intent to begin detailed due diligence and move the project forward.

Interconnection Agreement
Aurevia Energy oversees the entire interconnection process from beginning to end. Our team creates the engineering drawings necessary for solar and storage applications, prepares all required documentation, and submits the interconnection request to the utility. After submission, we work directly with the utility to receive initial feasibility results and guide the project into the next phase.

Approval and Land Lease
After interconnection approval is secured, Aurevia prepares a full land lease proposal tailored to your property and project potential. Once both parties align on terms, the land lease documents are finalized and executed, officially moving the project into development.

Project Development
Aurevia manages all zoning and building permits required to advance your project. After approvals are secured, the land is prepared for construction. Then, our team either builds the solar farm ourselves or partners with trusted local contractors, while overseeing every step to ensure the project meets the highest standards.

Project Completion
Aurevia guarantees the project passes all necessary inspections and complies with every technical standard. We work directly with the local utility to complete the interconnection process and resolve any remaining requirements. Once the utility issues approval, the system is ready to go live and start generating clean power on your land.

Continued Support
Aurevia maintains the project throughout its entire lifetime, providing routine cleaning, mowing, preventative maintenance, and continuous performance monitoring. When beneficial, we also partner with trusted local O&M providers, ensuring your system stays reliable, efficient, and operating at peak output year after year.
