Aurevia Energy is an independent developer of utility-scale solar and battery storage in ERCOT and MISO South. We originate positions directly with landowners, de-risk them with staged discipline, and carry them to ready-to-build - where they are acquired by IPPs, utilities, and long-term owners, or retained and delivered by Aurevia on select assets.

Aurevia develops projects for the owners who will carry them for decades. The most valuable work in energy happens before a shovel hits the ground - originating the site, earning land control, and clearing the path to interconnection. That is where projects are won or lost, and it is where Aurevia concentrates.

Our standard exit is a ready-to-build sale to an IPP, utility, or long-term owner: a clean development position their diligence team can verify and their construction team can execute. On select projects, Aurevia retains the position and carries it through construction with bonded delivery partners. Either way, the development work is done in-house, to one standard.

Because our projects are built for acquisition, they are developed to the standards of the institutions that will own and finance them. That standard shapes everything upstream - how we site, how we document, and how we advance every project.

It Starts With the Landowners

Before a project exists on paper, it has to be made real with the people who own the land. Aurevia originates directly - no brokered positions - and structures site control that treats landowners as the long-term partners they are.

Interconnection strategy leads every Aurevia evaluation. Our diligence process establishes each site’s fundamentals early - grid position, environmental conditions, and title - so every project advances on established facts.

Delivery is a capability Aurevia holds, not the business model. On select retained projects and community-scale systems, Aurevia carries engineering, procurement, and construction through vetted, bonded construction partners under single-point accountability - so the standard that developed the project is the standard that builds it.

Procurement on delivered projects follows the same discipline as everything else: FEOC screening under NDAA Section 841 as a standing supplier policy, IRA domestic content tracked at the bill-of-materials level, and engineering standards verified at commissioning.
